Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our website, mobile application, and any services offered (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• “Platform” refers to the NXT SKILLS website and application.

• “User” refers to any individual using the Platform, including students, instructors, and guests.

• “Instructor” is a verified content creator offering courses or training on the Platform.

• “Student” is any registered user who enrolls in a course or internship.

• “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to NXT SKILLS LEARNING PRIVATE LIMITED 

2. Eligibility

To register on NXT SKILLS:

• You must be 13 years or older (with guardian consent if under 18).

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

• Instructors must verify their identity before course publication.

3. User Accounts

• Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• Misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

4. Instructor Guidelines

Instructors agree to:

• Submit accurate profile and ID verification documents.

• Provide original, high-quality content that does not infringe on copyrights.

• Follow platform guidelines for content creation, student interaction, and revenue policies.

• Accept NXT SKILLS performance-based revenue-sharing model.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict any course or instructor that violates our policies.

5. Student Responsibilities

Students agree to:

• Use the Platform only for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

• Refrain from sharing course content, recordings, or certification details publicly or with third parties.

• Respect the instructors, community guidelines, and honor our anti-piracy rules.

6. Payment & Refund Policy

• NXT SKILLS uses secure payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe).

• All paid course sales are final. Refunds are granted only in cases of technical failure or course non-delivery, within 7 days.

• Instructors are paid monthly based on successful enrollments and platform terms.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Platform — including text, images, videos, and code — is the property of NXT SKILLS or its content creators and is protected under Indian copyright law.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without written permission.

8. Certification & Affiliations

• NXT SKILLS offers government-recognised certificates under programs such as MSME, Startup India, and others.

• Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of course criteria (attendance, assignments, quizzes, etc.).

9. Code of Conduct

All users must:

• Respect fellow students, instructors, and NXT SKILLS staff.

• Avoid hate speech, spam, harassment, or illegal behavior.

• Use appropriate language in comments, discussion forums, and live sessions.

Violations may lead to account suspension or legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

NXT SKILLS is not responsible for:

• Any direct or indirect damages resulting from course content, instructor behavior, or third-party services.

• Technical issues including downtime, loss of data, or unauthorized access.

• Career outcomes or job placements — we offer skill-building, not employment guarantees.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Users will be notified of major changes via email or platform notices.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising will fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Koraput
