At NXT SKILLS, we aim to make the refund process simple, transparent, and hassle-free. If you’ve applied for a refund and are waiting for an update, here are answers to the most common questions students ask.


1. How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days once approved. However, the exact timeline may depend on your bank, UPI app, or card provider.


2. How do I check my refund status?

  • Log in to your NXT SKILLS account.
  • Go to Dashboard > Orders > Refund Requests.
  • Here, you can see whether your refund is Pending, Approved, or Processed.
  • You’ll also receive email/SMS updates at each stage.

3. My refund was approved, but I haven’t received the money yet. What should I do?

  • Double-check your bank statement/UPI wallet.
  • Sometimes refunds reflect as a reversal entry instead of a new credit.
  • If it’s been more than 10 business days, contact your bank with the Transaction ID provided by us.

4. Can I get a refund to a different account?

No. Refunds are always sent back to the original payment method used during purchase for security reasons.


5. What if I used a promo code or discount?

Refunds are processed only for the amount paid after discounts. Promo codes and offers are non-refundable but may be reissued in some cases.


6. What if my refund request is rejected?

Refunds may be rejected if:

  • The request was made after the 7-day refund window.
  • You’ve completed more than 20% of the course.
  • The course was purchased during a non-refundable offer/campaign.
    In such cases, you can still request a course switch or platform credits.
