How to Refund a Course on NXT SKILLS

At NXT SKILLS, we want every learner to feel confident and satisfied with their investment in education. While we encourage you to explore our platform fully before enrolling, we also understand that sometimes a course may not meet expectations. That’s why we have a simple refund policy in place.

Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund if:

1. The request is made within 7 days of purchase.
2. You have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
3. The course was purchased directly from the NXT SKILLS website/platform (not through third-party resellers).
4. You face genuine issues like:
   • Technical errors preventing course access.
   • Incorrect or duplicate course purchase.
   • Misleading course details compared to the description.

How to Request a Refund

1. Log in to your NXT SKILLS account.
2. Go to My Courses > Purchases/Orders.
3. Select the course you want a refund for.
4. Click on “Request Refund” and fill out the form with details.
5. Our team will review your request and notify you within 3–5 business days.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Wallet, etc.) within 7–10 business days.
• If payment was made through a third-party gateway, timelines may vary slightly.
• You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

• The refund request is made after 7 days of purchase.
• You’ve already completed more than 20% of the course.
• You only want a refund due to change of mind without genuine reasons.
• Courses purchased during special offers/discount campaigns may be non-refundable (mentioned at checkout).

Alternative Options

If you’re not fully satisfied, instead of a refund you can also:

• Switch to another course of equal or lesser value.
• Get platform credits for future enrollments.
