How to Find Your Missing Course

Enrolled in a course but can’t see it in your dashboard? Don’t worry — it’s one of the most common questions, and the fix is usually simple. Here’s how you can track down your missing course:

Step 1: Check Your Dashboard

• Log in to your NXT SKILLS account.
• Go to My Courses in the dashboard menu.
• Sometimes courses appear under “In Progress” or “Completed” tabs — check both.

Step 2: Verify Payment or Enrollment

• If it’s a paid course, confirm that your payment went through.
• Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for a confirmation mail.
• For free courses, ensure you clicked “Enroll Now” after signing up.

Step 3: Clear Cache & Re-Login

• Clear your browser cache and cookies.
• Log out and log back in again.
• Sometimes refreshing your session helps reload your courses.

Step 4: Check Your Email Account

• Make sure you’re logging in with the same email ID you used during enrollment.
• If you accidentally signed up with Google once and email another time, the course may be linked to a different account.
