How to Solve Payment Issues

We want your learning journey at NXT SKILLS to be smooth from start to finish. Sometimes, however, payment-related issues may occur due to technical errors, bank delays, or incorrect details. Don’t worry — here’s a step-by-step guide to resolving them.


Common Payment Issues

  1. Transaction Failed but Money Deducted
    • Your bank may take 24–48 hours to reverse the failed transaction.
    • Check your bank SMS/email alerts for confirmation.
  2. Payment Pending/Processing
    • Some UPI/wallet payments may show pending status.
    • Wait for 1–2 hours; if not updated, contact your bank or wallet provider.
  3. Card/UPI Declined
    • Ensure your card/UPI ID is active and has sufficient balance.
    • Double-check CVV, OTP, or PIN entry.
  4. Double Payment
    • If you were charged twice, one payment will usually auto-reverse in 5–7 business days.

Quick Fixes You Can Try

  • Use a different browser (Chrome/Firefox/Edge) or clear cache & cookies.
  • Switch to a different payment method (e.g., card, UPI, wallet, or net banking).
  • Ensure your internet connection is stable during checkout.
  • Disable ad-blockers/extensions that may interfere with payment gateways.

How to Report a Payment Issue

If the above steps don’t solve your problem:

  1. Go to Help Center > Payment Issues in your dashboard.
  2. Submit a support ticket with:
    • Order ID/Transaction ID
    • Payment mode (Card/UPI/Wallet/Net banking)
    • Screenshot of payment confirmation (if available)
  3. Our support team will verify with the payment gateway and update you within 24–48 hours.

Refunds for Failed Payments

  • If your payment was deducted but course not activated, don’t worry.
  • After verification, we will either enroll you in the course or process a refund within 7–10 business days.

When to Contact Your Bank

Reach out to your bank/wallet provider if:

  • Payment was deducted but not reflected after 48 hours.
  • The issue is due to server downtime or card restrictions.
